The Department of Instructional Technology is pleased to offer a Help Desk for Faculty, Staff, and Families to contact when they have a need for technology assistance in the District.  To submit a "ticket", please:

• Send an email to helpdesk@johnsburg12.org

• Call us and leave a message at 815-900-3105.

• Click Here to create a new ticket in your web browser.

Your request will then be evaluated by the Department and assigned to a workload.  

We ask for your patience and understanding as we work through all of the District's Help Desk tickets.

Johnsburg District 12 takes the privacy of our student's seriously. Through this page, you will find resources regarding compliance with the Student Online Privacy Protection Act.

What is SOPPA?
SOPPA is a law in Illinois that helps ensure school districts have reasonable security practices regarding student data. SOPPA mandates that all online systems that have Personal Information about our students (Names, Grades, etc.) must have a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) established. District's must also publish a list of approved resources, along with their DPAs on their website.

What is a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)?
A data privacy agreement in terms of SOPPA, is an agreement signed by both the School District, and the EdTech program that the District is using.
